Question (if I may gravedig a bit):  Do you declare constants BEFORE or AFTER variables, or does it even matter?

It doesn't matter in SCAR but personally, I put my constants before the variables. In case I will make a constant for users, I want the constants to be the first ones users see when scrolling down to make those options more clear.
