Maybe if there weren't so many laws people would actually follow them.

correction: maybe if there wern't so many "Stupid" laws people would follow them...

-Se7eN

Though some of the stupid laws are just not well thought out smart ones. 'Tis a possibility of course.

first of all, i agree with freddy1990-just because they want good money for their music doesnt mean they're writing for the wrong reason-everyone needs to make a steady income and take care of themselves...maybe even a family. Also, i love Limewire :D although it won't last long. Back in the day Napster was free, but it was forced to be shut down, since apple was losing major money from people importing music from it. Pretty soon this will happen to limewire, frostwire, etc.
i specialize in getting ping pong balls into cups various ways.

In my country we have become the first in world where the government has made it all isp's must install and follow there protocols in order to find piracy breachers mostly in the music download industry and disconnect those clients..
Sucks they brought that in 17 days ago.

You have it easy, in my country we became the first to pass on the law of downloading music etc.
Every isp monitors downloads, if you download music or pirated software you get disconnected (guilty when caught).

No music these days is worth downloading so it's not too bad.

I think the internet is destined to be a commercial nightmare the way it's shaping, we probably will end up ditching the internet for something else. Google and Microsoft will own cyber space and make is live in our underwear.
